Spirit Led Ministry Leadership (With Breakout Groups)Facilitated by Rev. Joe Sloan & Rev. Dalia Adams

Led by Rev. Joe Sloan, our Regional Consultant for more than 25 years, who has worked extensively with boards and ministers, and assisted by Rev. Dr. Dalia Adams, our new Regional Representative and a personal and leadership trainer. They will look at some of the ways we can create and maintain effective, joy filled ministry boards. Board work ought to be honored and seen as a personal blessing. Dalia and Joe have put together some of the most important attributes for successful board leadership — that are applicable to all key leaders in a ministry. They will present them and give you an opportunity to discuss them and bring home to your ministries with the message of the Joy of service. This course will be good for 2 CEU credits.

The Alchemy of Gender Healing in Beloved Community—an Introductory Program provided by Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) – facilitated by GERI founders Dr. William Keepin and Rev. Cynthia Brix, along with Dr. Annette Williams, Garrett Evans, Max DeArmon, and Silvia Araya

Gender Equity and Reconciliation International (GERI) applies principles of Truth and Reconciliation to open new pathways to healing, respect, compassion, and genuine collaboration between women and men, and across the genders. Developed over 33 years and conducted with thousands of participants across six continents, GERI was formally endorsed by Archbishop Desmond Tutu in 2013.

This experiential morning session creates a safe space where participants are invited into a deeper understanding and appreciation of their own and others’ life experiences in relation to gender. Together, women, men, and people of all genders and sexual orientations are guided skillfully through a group process that awakens greater compassion, empathy, understanding, and higher reverence across the genders. This course will be good for 2.5 CEU credits (DEI or Ethic ).

Prosperity Preparedness Bridging the Gap Between Prosperity & Financial Sustainability – facilitated by Linda Anderson Henry, Founder of Prosperity Circles

Unity teaches prosperity, and yet many spiritual leaders still experience stress around sustainability—personally and financially. What if prosperity consciousness isn’t enough by itself, and something essential has been missing? In this experiential workshop, Linda Anderson invites spiritual leaders to explore a spiritually integrated and financially grounded approach that bridges the gap between prosperity and financial sustainability.

Participants will gain fresh insight into where that gap shows up in their ministry, along with a renewed sense of what’s possible…and the next steps they can take to prepare for prosperity.

When we prepare for prosperity, sustainability becomes natural. This course will be good for 2 CEU credits (Administration or General).
